Delivery
Every order leaves from our stock in Auckland. Your reels ship the same business day your payment reaches us, when it arrives by 12 pm NZ time. Delivery is priced on the total weight of your order, as a base charge plus a rate per kilogram, and checkout shows the exact cost before you pay.

To any address in New Zealand.
$35 plus $0.90 per kg, minimum $45 + GST.

Receiving your reels
A full reel, including the reel itself, weighs about 27 kg for 2mm, 46.5 kg for 3mm, 98 kg for 5mm and 168 kg for 6mm. The 5mm and 6mm reels are too heavy to lift by hand, so have a forklift or tail-lift ready, and use the delivery instructions at checkout to tell the driver what’s on site.
Check the reels when they arrive and note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork before you sign for them. Tell us within 7 days of delivery about damage, missing reels or the wrong rope, and we’ll put it right.
Large orders and other destinations
Buying a large quantity, or need reels delivered somewhere our rates don’t cover? Ask for a quote with the sizes, quantities and delivery address, and we’ll price the freight for you.
